Highway noise

it was clean and the beds were comfortable. it is about what is expected a this star level of motel. Owner very nice. It is good for a place to sleep for the night and was priced well compared to other motels in the area

very basic out dated rooms. Showers could use an upgrade.

Convenience to highway and city. Receptionist welcoming.

The beds were hard, sheets not big enough, one felt damp at the end of the bed. The blankets and bedspread were old and may not be clean.

The Motel was exactly as advertised , I wanted a cheap place but not a dump and that is what I got. The owners are very nice and made sure we always had whatever we needed, along with respecting our privacy. Couldn't have ask for more,Very satisfied.

Permanent residents? sitting around... Used? mattresses leaning against oudoors of motel, makes it look rundown. No ice available, mgr had to provide personal ice

Lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Although a little dated it was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast was offered. Room was freezing when we arrived. Hodt said to turn heat up all the way, which we did and left it for the day and all night. Took quite awhile to get warm. We had a 2 queen bed room bit only one chair inside, found another chair outside of room to bring in. Parking lot was a bit slick also with ice and a bit of snow. It was ok but will avoid if we can in the future. Host was also nice to talk to.

Great price for a clean quiet room

Although the motel is older everything we needed worked fine and the unit was clean. The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Would definitely be my first choice when back in Chatham, and financially it was an fantastic deal.

There was nothing I didn't like. As an older motel it was in the best condition it could have been.

The room was roomy. It was also clean. The staff was great and even got us extra toilet paper, soap, and shampoo when hubby asked.

The motel was located in a very quiet area. There was actually a field behind the motel. We appreciated being away from the main flow of busy traffic. The motel was very clean. It is very basic, but a great price, very friendly staff and clean and comfortable.

The motel is not updated, but this did not bother us because it was very clean and quiet. The price was very reasonable so we were not expecting anything too fancy.

Staff was friendly. Facility looks old, but clean.

There is no breakfast there and the location was a little too far out of town for my purposes.

Nose tissues being unavailable, the outside door not locking like the inside door, peeling paint and the need for a re-asphalting of the bumpy, sometimes stony roadway around the facility.
