- Price is too high
- Towels could be updated.
- Lots of small negatives: no clock, one towel, skimpy coffee, iPad instructions hidden behind lamp, slow (sometimes inoperable) TV operating system, no notepad (later found a few pages inside iPad case), cheap plastic glasses, no USB charging connections.
