Hotel Palatina "Hotel-Restaurant"

We liked the unique atmosphere, location, and the room was large anddecorated in a style all its own.The staff was professional and the breakfast chef was a master.

Do not xhange a thing.

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the train station anf only a 2 minute walk from the bus station. It is a great location for a home base to travel to the local wineries.The hotel room and bathroom were very large and clean.

The hotel door and walls are a but thin. I awoke each morning to footsteps, a hair dryer, and guest conversations (althiugh these were very entertaing). Despite this, I would stay here again.

Location very close to the city center, cleanliness, very good breakfast.

Nothing in the fridge/minibar, not even the usual bottles of water.

The rooms were excellent bathroom excellent and spotlessly clean

We didn’t have breakfast as we felt is was expensive

The hotel is in a quiet area and has nice bfast options. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Only comment was the bathroom has no doors, no privacy.

Excellent location, very close to the train station (but no problem with the noise) and to the city center. Large room, good price.

Breakfast in the hotel.was expensive (22 euro per person), for half of that amount you can have a good breakfast in the ciry center or at the station.

The room was generally OK. It was clean enough, but it was a fair size. The furnishings were good. The young lady on the front desk Lova, was so very helpful at check in. My advice to her would be go find a quality hotel to work in, you will be appreciated for sure.

I didn't like the fact its called hotel and restaurant but there is NO restaurant, I booked the accommodation purely on the fact it had an in house restaurant, after a 9 hour drive from Austria I wanted to stay in my hotel, but that was not possible. The wet room style shower was not sealed so after a shower the whole bathroom was flooded. The breakfast was probably the worst I've ever experienced, it appeared that the desk clerk doubled up as chef, there was no hot food on the hot plate, the fruit cocktail had a tangy taste and the smoked salmon was a faded colour, like it had been in an out if the refrigerator. The clerk cooked some bacon for me but it was frazzled, almost cremated. I couldn't get out of that hotel quick enough.

Very clean, comfortable bed, and great location!

Stayed here before. Rooms are modern and quiet. The brekfast is very good: freshly prepared eggs and fresh orange juice. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the town center, and opposite the train station. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel.

I liked everything about it

very friendly staff; big comfortable room, good bed, good breakfast. The hotel is housed in completely renovated old buildings, leaving various old details visible.

Arriving at 20.00 h. I was told the restaurant kitchen had already closed and no meal orders could be taken.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from central station, the employees are very friendly and helped us a lot with ideas of things to do around. The room is very nice though seems like had some issues with humidity that were covered with a blanket (ceiling) for the price, overall a very positive outcome!

The breakfast is expensive for the quality, 22€ for a breakfast is high for what was offered (dried eggs even though we said please don’t overcook them, no croissants, not many options to eat, just 2 regular cheese..)

Friendly front desk staff, extremely comfortable bed, cute courtyard breakfast, very central location.

Road noise for light sleeper, unreliable wifi and grouchy night manager when I needed after hours access.

The hotel is easy to find close to the town centre. There is free car parking available but it is a little cramped. The staff speak good English. Our room was huge with a very large walk in shower and a balcony. It was very well appointed and very, very quiet.

The room was spacious and had everything I could want as a hiker. The bathroom was also enormous.

The nearest restaurant was further away than I would have liked but was still within walking distance.

Very pleasant one night stay. Clean, comfortable, very nice staff - check in without any problems. Good size parking, especially for our van. Wish we could stay longer..definitely recommend :)

The crew is wondering, quiet place with a wellness center.

Tv didn’t work. There’s no elevator, mainly stairs so consider that. Breakfast is minimal.Wellness center was fully booked 2 in advance- thats was a shame.
