Pros +
- Very attentive and helpful staff, special mention of Karen who took excellent care of our group. Fantastic location immediately outside the gates of Machu Picchu! Comfortable rooms with private veranda and access to garden. Fabulous natural surroundings. Delightful variety of souvenir water bottles, and welcome chocolates and thoughtful amenities such as sun screen and mosquito repellant!
- Staff was outstanding.. guide, Miguel was best guide ever. I was struggling with the altitude and he made sure I had a great experience. He also took Amazing pictures! Food was great.. cant say enough about servicemanager paid attention to every detail of our stay.
- Great location, right outside Machu Picchu entrance.
Cons -
- Food: Hamburger and club sandwich from room service excellent! Quality and variety of buffet in coffee shop very mediocre and uninspiringbordering on bad cafeteria standards! Food quality in main dining room good, but not in line with the exuberant cost of accommodations per nightwould have much preferred paying a la carte for food & alcoholic beverage with a reduced room rate
- Staff
- Beautiful garden, attentive staff.
