Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld

Great location close to everything, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The resort grounds were beautiful, well maintained, and truly felt relaxing after long park days.

The only downside was that the AC wouldn’t go below 72°, which made the room a little warmer than preferred at night.

Room was perfectly clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The screened porch was the perfect addition - my granddaughter would sit out there with her tablet.

The bathroom shower was unkept. Rusty shower doors and tiles were dirty.

Room & Bathroom size

This wasn't the first time we'd been here and it is still a great place to stay, especially if much of your visits are to Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Bush Gardens. You can walk, take a shuttle or bus to those locations. The pool is very nice. Room was large, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the room being cleaned, trash taken and towels replaced each day. Having the washer and dryer in the room was very handy. We'd come back for sure.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Reservations for pool side chairs was easy...just have to get your reservation in at noon, right when they open up the reservation link. The pools were well maintained and a nice temperature. I liked that they give tickets for 2 free Starbucks coffees OR 2 waters OR 1 coffee & 1 water.

Our refrigerator did not have an ice maker, which was a bummer. I also had to request certain kitchen items that we were not provided (measuring spoons/cups), kitchen towels, hot pads and a new spatula...ours was broken). While this was an inconvenience, Hilton provided those items quickly.

Staff was very good. They really catered to you. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean.

Some days it was difficult getting chairs around the pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we felt welcome. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was perfect for families, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I will definitely be returning!
