The location of the hotel is great. It's close to SJC and has some decent food options in the area.

* The hotel is not clean. * It is a very loud hotel * The wifi is the worst I have ever seen.

This hotel was horrible. Old, run down and extremely dirty. We couldn't check out fast enough.

Mariani's Inn is NOT part of a chain and proud of it. The rooms are simple and spare, but clean and functional. The staff is friendly. Their buffet breakfast (included with the room) is MUCH better than average for a two star hotel.

The bedding was not quite enough for the weather. Another layer would have been nice. Also, the queen bed had three pillows, not four, which would have made it more comfortable. People talking in the parking lot from 9-11 pm was annoying.

The water pressure was so low and the sink kept overflowing.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic! The breakfast was very good!. It was a good central location and the rooms were clean and nice. The whole experience was positive and I will stay there again.

The hotel was slightly outdated but still very nice!

It did not meet my expectations because it far exceeded my expectations. One thing, it did not have a hair dryer in the room. This REALLY disappointed my wife. Other than that, it was a very clean nice room. We were there for a concert at Levi Stadium

Staff was great - everyone from the front desk to the restaurant. Rooms were nice and well maintained. Restaurant food was good.

The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The TV's need to be upgraded.
