Room clean didn't smell

Refrigerator froze food, TV didn't work, neighborhood was bad, staff were scammers.

Dirty, old, stained tub with cigarette butt burns, bad broken tiles, we didn't even take a shower!Internet was extremely slow, tv wouldn't work, pool area had few chairs, no chaise lounge chairs but some broken plastic chairs, sink for bathroom would not shut off all the way, we reported it but maintenance didn't have any way to fix it. Beds were terrible and in no way comfortable. We would have left but it was too late to try. Also had a power outage while there but they said the cause was away from the property, Days Inn sign is faded, old & should be a disgrace to the franchise. This place is very run down and we will never return, shame on Days Inn for allowing it to remain in such a horrible state.

The best thing is the location

Breakfast is offered, but they don't really give breakfast, not even continental breakfast. At the reception they give you a small package of crackers, and you have to walk to the side where there is an oven, a percolator with cold coffee, no cream, no milk. The room we rented said it included a coffee maker, but there wasn't one. We had to buy breakfast and coffee outside, even though it is indicated that the hotel includes breakfast.

The location is good, it was fairly clean.

Outdated, staff wasn't that friendly, very minimal in the room and they bost a free breakfast and the wasn't any available... no coffee even... I should have gotten a discount!

The only good thing is the location.

The shower drain was stuck, the bathroom ceiling was falling, the floor was black because of the dirt. The room is not updated with furniture that was also dirty and damage. We had to buy cleaning products to “accommodate” our self. When we booked the reservation breakfast was included but the only thing they had was free coffee because they don’t offer breakfast. Also we only had HK once in our entire stay (5days).

The property needs maintenance in all areas, nothing works well, cold shower water, lights do not work, washing machine stopped working with my clothes inside and no one helped me. dirty hotel.The manager was extremely rude; he treated my husband and I very badly, and even said that he didn't want to stay at the hotel anymore because we complained about the points mentioned. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I've been using Booking.com for many years and have stayed in over 100 hotels, and I've never had an experience as bad as this hotel.
