- Excellent stay and all of the staff were very helpful. Grace on the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience! Thank-you to the staff at the Merit Hotel in Fort McMurray.

- Restaurant, lounge and hot tub were closed. Staff were adamant it was on the web site but I saw nothing of the like.
- I booked the hotel based on the fact that it advertised a hot tub, as we are oilfield workers and it was -40 out this was the selling feature for this hotel...when we checked in we were told that the hot tub was not working. (Seems underhanded to advertis
