Set within the heart of Norfolk, the family-run Yaxham Mill consists of 6 en-suite double bedrooms located just a 2-minute drive from the A47. The guest bedrooms are contemporary in style and they all feature an private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is also included in each room. There is a well regarded Indian restaurant called Ranee's nearby. there are also pubs and restaurants in the nearby town of Dereham and the surrounding area. Yaxham Mill is in th heart of Norfolk and it is less than 30 miles from the Norfolk broads, the North Norfolk coast is 23 miles away with Wells, Cromer, and Holt within easy reach. There are also variety of attractions such as Sandringham, Roarrrr Dinosaur Park, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park a short drive away.

- The mill is a lovely quirky property. Paul sent us advanced instructions on how to check in and find our rooms and was very welcoming when we met him the following morning. The rooms were a good size with plenty and wardrobe space and a comfy bed - I slept very well. Breakfast was nicely cooked and plentiful. The Indian restaurant at the front of the mill was great too. All in all a super place to stay.
- It is a brilliant little hotel. Superb value for money. The host was welcoming and promptly responded to all of my messages. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.
- The whole experience was fabulous.
