The location and price

It was a little noisy in our room.

Location was fine.

We were located on the top floor, stairs didn’t suit. Unfortunately it was a particularly warm couple of days consequently it was very hot in the room. On the second night we had been left a fan which gave us a little respite. This being the superior room I’m not sure what the rest would be like. Will not be rushing back there I’m afraid.

Location was fine. Buses to the centre were quite regular

As a pub/hotel the opening times were very short. Our room was on the small side. Bathroom was small . Blackout blinds would make a difference.

Clean, modern

Little bit out of the way for Hove on a busy road (although room double glazed kept out the noise) and parking for a longer stay would entail moving the car for an hour twice daily because of restrictions in nearby streets.

It’s location and the bar was nice

We were at the top of the building so a high dormer window that you couldn’t see out of. Shower just trickled out!

Convenient for sea front.

Tv remote and bedside lamp not working. No en suite facilities

Being at the front of the hotel on the ground floor meant that we couldn't have the window open at night so room a little hot but didn't ruin our stay Wish you could do breakfast, whoever is the evening chef cooks amazing so if they did breakfast it would be worth paying extra for

Location was good for what we needed. Staff were lovely.

Room was quite small for 2 people for 2 nights.
