Great location on the beach. Between the harbor and Sairee for walking. Nice rooms with proper amenities. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The gym room was dated and could have used better matting instead of the tile flooring. It’s off season so a bit slow for the restaurant.

Pool was lovely, although the towel situation was a bit strange. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beach was super close. Very close to the pier and lots of bars and restaurants. Room was very spacious.

Sheets were stained when we arrived. They changed quickly but still. The pool was a little unclean, and getting towels was strange. They only gave us a couple pillows and one was extremely firm. The internet was borderline unusable so to spotty connection and speed. The tv also barely worked at all, many channels were fuzzy and unwatchable.

Swimming pool was great, also nice staff. Great location for a stay on koh tao.

Prices of drinks were high in comparison to the bars. Also the room was somewhat old. However that is what you pay for.

Large room. Beach side and close to pier

The AC is very loud and hardly effective. When we arrived there were quite literally hundreds of ants in our beds. This was mind boggling. I lifted up the sheets and saw blood stains on the mattress protector. So the ants now made sense. We did ask for a refund, and was planing to book elsewhere. However to there no refund policy they couldn’t have one. Rather then offering a new room they cleaned that room. Fair enough to them. The ants where all gone and sheets were changed. However the front door of the property is uneven around the hinges and has huge gaps in so bugs/lizards are always getting in anyway. We had to cope with several lizards around the room and many flying insects. Woke up to new bites everyday. Also, be prepared to climb a lot of stairs if they put you on the 3rd floor. There is no lift. Finally, there is 0 Wi-Fi in the rooms. Only in public areas. Meaning the reception. That’s the only place I could use it. So I used all of my data I had purchased which was a shame. Would not stay again.

there was very loud music from the dining area. I wanted to enjoy the sounds of the water and waves at the beach but all I could hear was the REALLY loud music. It ruined the atmosphere of the beach.

The hotel was in a good central position for the pier and bars and restaurants

The pool and main bar had a very limited choice of drinks and the tiling around the pool needs some attention
