- I was meant to have a superior queen room but was given a double with disabled bathroom when I went bring this to the attention of the staff at the desk, they were very dismissive and kept me waiting a long time.
- The staff was a little pushy
- Uncollected room service trays from other rooms sitting out in the hallway all night on the floor was pretty gross.

Early check-in was a life send.
