Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Vernon

Cleanliness - floors clearly dirty, stains on blankets and bed skirts, clear signs that room was not well cleaned after previous guest. Staff refused to compensate / cancel second night due to level of housekeeping neglect.

nothing it was a horrible experience

it was disgusting and dirty. they did not provide what was advertised. the staff was playing cricket in the parking lot around the guest cars and the ball smashed into my room door and almost hit my car. they have stop work orders on the doors.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

The mattress was so old and uncomfortable that we slept on the floor. The carpets were absolutely filthy so we kept our shoes on the whole time and had t launder our blankets after sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was NOT cleaned correctly.

Absolutely nothing!!

Staff harassed me. Followed me to my room,stood between myself and my room. Aggressive body language. Called a friend. I felt like I was being listened to in my room. As soon as I got off the phone, I had someone throw themselves against the wall. SCARY.
