The hotel was clean, with easy freeway access, close to downtown, breakfast, and good size rooms.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Other reviews stated the location was poor because of noise, but we found it to be like white noise, and they provide ear plugs if it’s too much for you.

Good location. The two most important aspects were very good; the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice and had plenty of hot water. A/C worked well and refrigerator kept things cold. Kudos for these things.

Everything was dirty. The carpets, the floors, walls. There was bed bugs. Toilets don't flush flow over. Staff members are rude.

Downtown Caldwell is also fairly close, being a 13 minute drive from the hotel.

From the warm welcome I received from Staff, to the gals making the hot breakfast in the morning, to the housekeeping staff ... I felt comfortable, welcome, and well taken care of. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were amazing. Super comfortable!
