- The staff.
- The staff was mostly accommodating. They were friendly and nice. The kitchen attendant seemed frazzled and late getting the food out, but was friendly and apologetic.
- Location
Cons -
- The room was dirty. I accidentally dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the bed. Under the bed was gross. The baseboards needed a cleaning, and even the walls had dust clinging to them because there was a rough texture on the wall.
- Room was horrible. Had an awful burning smell. No managers or supervisor to talk to. Couldn't use hot tub because too many kids were in it.
- One of the reasons I chose this motel was because it had a lounge and kitchen. The lounge and kitchen was closed to dine in and only had take out. That was disappointing. My TV did not work and I called the front desk but it took a while to resolve.
