Not much. Wasn't particularly convenient from the airport -- wasn't a shuttle when I arrived, and the walk was difficult, as part did not have a sidewalk.

Located 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes train ride from the airport. It's also located within 10-15 minutes walk from the old town area. The staff was super friendly and spoke fluent English. The breakfast, for 16 Francs, was good.

The best thing about the hotel is its location and the restaurants. Its very close to the railway station and right in front of the Bus stop. It has some of the best restaurants of Lucerne.
Waldstatterhof Swiss Quality Hotel
Just 110 yards from the Luzern train station and 220 yards from the ship pier, the famous Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge) and the lake, the Waldstätterhof Hotel enjoys a central location. The hotel dining options - both the breakfast and the pizzeria downstairs for dinner - were fantastic. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was unexpected but very appreciate for a hot August day with no air conditioning.

Fantastic location right in old town and short walk from the train station (go via Bahnhofstrasse if you have wheeled luggage - less cobblestones). Oliver at reception was very welcoming and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Boiled eggs were boiled to perfection. Breakfast was ok.

Check out was prompt and efficient. Hotel is a 5-6 minute walk from local tram stop, which is convenient (hotel staff do not have any prepared information about how to purchase tickets on tram, did not offer helpful guidance so using tram was not easy).

Our hotel suite was beautiful and perfect for our 15 y anniversary eve! Free breakfast in the room overlooking a garden was a big perk and it¿s location to the train station also. The young man running breakfast and the cleaning gal were friendly.

It's a new hotel with nice rooms and staff. It was some distance from the old town, but they provide you with a free public transit. The light rail was convenient. The stop was in front of the hotel. You could be in the old town in 10 minutes.

Checked in on Christmas day ...staff couldn't have been nicer. Had dinner in the restaurant...everything great. Room very intelligently laid out, clean, lots off storage space, dual entry bathrooms....well thought out floor plan.
It was clean. Staff was helpful. Trains and buses everywhere within 2 minute walk. Room was a good size based on European sizes, but not as large as American sizes that we are accustomed to. I recommend to all Americans who are concerned with room size.

The hotel was beautiful but it had a smell like a wire was burning and the staff seemed to ignore it. They didnt clean our room, just made the bed. Very disappointed in the stay.
