The best thing about the hotel is its location and the restaurants. Its very close to the railway station and right in front of the Bus stop. It has some of the best restaurants of Lucerne.

Check out was prompt and efficient. Hotel is a 5-6 minute walk from local tram stop, which is convenient (hotel staff do not have any prepared information about how to purchase tickets on tram, did not offer helpful guidance so using tram was not easy).

Carina is a cute boutique hotel centrally located in Zermatt. We originally booked a triple but were moved to the duplex on the top floor. Here, we had a private balcony and a kitchen-useful during longer stays. Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly.

The hotel was beautiful but it had a smell like a wire was burning and the staff seemed to ignore it. They didnt clean our room, just made the bed. Very disappointed in the stay.

Checked in on Christmas day ...staff couldn't have been nicer. Had dinner in the restaurant...everything great. Room very intelligently laid out, clean, lots off storage space, dual entry bathrooms....well thought out floor plan.
It was clean. Staff was helpful. Trains and buses everywhere within 2 minute walk. Room was a good size based on European sizes, but not as large as American sizes that we are accustomed to. I recommend to all Americans who are concerned with room size.

The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren. South-facing rooms have balconies and offer superb mountain views. All you can hear at night are the sounds of the nearby waterfalls and creeks. There is a large sunny terrace, a restaurant offering Swiss and international cuisine, a small hotel bar, a library and a cozy lounge with a fireplace. In summer, the meadows behind the Hotel Jungfrau are an ideal playground for children and they also give you access to the many hiking paths around Mürren. As a guest of the Jungfrau hotel you enjoy free access to the public bath including a jacuzzi, to the ice rink, as well as discounts for other facilities in the local sports center. Both train stations are only an 8 to 10 minute walk away.
The room and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We had balcony room number 221 and loved it.

The view from the hotel is spectacular, and staying in a car-free town like Muerren was unique. There's great access to skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and shopping. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were also very good.

This is a must stay! The views and breakfast were incredible. The room was also very nice and cozy. If you are heading to the area don't pass this place up.
