- The room was fantastic.
- Room was nice, staff were nice.
- Great location. Nicely appointed hotel. The handicap room had ample room and very accessible tub and bathroom. Kitchenette in the room is a bonus.
Cons -
- Not really
- Checking in took a long time. Front desk staff was by herself - only one person in line in front of me, but phone kept ringing. Took over 20 mins. to get checked in. Staff was apologetic though it wasn't really her fault; she could have used help.
- The fact that I had to clean my own room and make it comfortable was a real problem.
