- Location
- The location was great and the staff was welcoming and professional.
- I loved the old aesthetics and how they have something going on in the hotel lobby most weekend nights. I enjoyed the valet staff who welcomed me every morning! I liked the bookstore downstairs with other stores easily accessible and I love the location.
Cons -
- Facilities and room were very much unkept. It is a historical hotel, so it’s expected that things would not be modern, but the walls and ceiling were cracked and peeling and in places appeared moldy. The appearance was off-putting.
- I didn’t enjoy how warm the rooms were and how the temp control isn’t like you normally would think and the water in my room didn’t seem to get hot.
- I liked everything except the HVAC system needs an upgrade.

The location and the entertainment was great. We glad to see the hotel is being restored. The building is grand, and has lots of history.
I liked everything except the HVAC system needs an upgrade.
