Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa

This is the grand Victorian hotel in hot Springs right next to the bath houses and Main Street. It is a magnificent piece of history and grandeur. Totally worth the stay! Don’t expect a modern hotel and don’t be disappointed in the aged appearance.

Convenient to all attractions.

Blow dryer missing back and fan was exposed ,so it hurt my finger one time and caught my hair another time.but that’s minor .

They charge a $57 a night resort fee and the only thing that I can see that this property has that we don't normally see as a tennis court the other amenities they have are normally included with the hotel charge and other places

The server at the bar was excellent. We were in the lobby thinking about jumping in at the end of the long line and they came to us. They also serve food there. I tried room service for the first time. It was OK.

The server in the restaurant acted like we were a burden. He didn't seat us until I tried to seat myself. He let my water run empty more than once. The windows in my room were boarded up. The AC was musty.

The staff was friendly and accomodating

The room wasn't clean, the hotel was soo loud and a lot busier than expected.

Room on first night was terrible, stained carpet, overwhelming smell in room of mold or mildew, tub in bathroom was rusted, water would not stop running in tub, temperature control in room was horrible

Location, location, location. The downstairs lobby has nightly entertainment. The historical significance of the hotel.

I?ve been coming here for 50 years and I?ve seen a significant decline. It?s always under reconstruction. The rooms are very antiquated. they?ve added on additional fees like $20 a night just to park in their garage a $30 resort fee.

Would give negative number if I could. The room was absolutely filthy. I would write about it but the character limit will not let me. I took pictures. Mold, rusted fixtures, dirty, stained carpets. Charged outdoor resort fee in winter during rainstorm.

No air conditioner, the charge for valet parking was outrageous, the resort fee was ridiculous and the $50 a night damage fee was ridiculous and no fee breakfast to top it off.?.Don?t go

Room was dirty, paint and wall paper peeling off the walls, a/c intake vent covered in dust, used coffee cups in room, a/c would not cool the room, it was 35 degrees outside, slept very uncomfortable, lavatory faucet leaks

Location to everything we wanted for the one night.

Extremely cold on lobby floor. The poor staff were in cars and shivering. TV connection to channels was unstable and useless. No microwave.

It needs renovation, no hot water the first night, staff did not restock room after request, tub/shower valve did not work correctly

The best thing about this hotel is the location, the staff was nice, and my room was down the hall from the spa.

I didn't like anything about my room. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was horrible, i had stains on my pillow case and on some of the towels, the furniture was dirty, cracks in the ceiling, you can see where they tried to fix the wall from a hole.

Beautiful lobby and other common areas,

Our bathroom was subpar, horrible rust stains and chips in the bathtub, for instance. We could not get the heat to work; it blew cold air no matter how high we set it. Parking situation is too expensive and inconvenient.

The activity and the breakfast was phenomenal.

The bathroom wasn't entirely clean. There was hair in the shower.

The best thing about the hotel is the location .

The cost is not worth the hotel, it need work to be done and better cleaning .

Everything was wonderful

Wallpaper was pealing off and temporary fix was bad, I know they are re doing all the hotel but this room was no where as nice as the last room we had at this hotel.
