Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

We were living in A duplex room, which is located on two floors. This is a good option for families. There is a door ? on the first floor, so the voices from the 1st floor don’t disturb others, who live on the second one ? the 1st floor room was modern and looked very good, the another one is little, but still good enough for sleeping) the hotel itself is beautiful with lot of lights and modern interior. The food was delicious every time, with good choice. Also, we liked that there is a very short walk to the beach.

May be, the beach area is not so big considering the amount of people living in the hotel. Also, people reserve the sun beds, on the pool and on the beach, it is difficult to find available sun beds. Some of the workers in the bar and food snack bar were not so interested in helping customers.

Pool and bars location is good and convenient

Room curtains don’t block the sun fully it is very bright in the early morning. Ac needs maintenance. Shower drain is clogged so there was bad smell coming from bathroom .

Absolutely nothing

I will list them here:1) Room is old and furniture is very tired and used up2) Room has mildew and humidity smell which affected our breathing 3) Housekeeping not cleaning well. Our towels were changed over 3 days with others that were smelling disgusting 4) Beach is limited to a small area of sand between rocks which makes it dangerous and very congested 5) Beach and water was dirty. 6) restaurants are too crowded as everyone in the hotel has to have lunch in a window of 2 hours only. 7) Around the end of the food time, most of the dishes in the buffet would be emptied and not renewed.8) swimming pools reek of chlorine smell and Beach beds are few and always busy.9) Garbage found tossed around the pools and the snack bar with no one to clean it up while we were there for at least 30 minutes 10) Most important…. Management couldn’t care less about our concerns. We complained from the first day of our arrival and had NOTHING done to solve the issues except offering us free food at the “a la carte” restaurant which I did not agree to take. Managers of this place should be trained to respect their guests and offer some sort of compensation that makes sense. It was obvious for me that they could not care less about their visitors and they only are interested in making sure that they keep the LIE of this place being a “5 star” and “Beach” hotel going for as long as they can.In my opinion, this place should be rated a maximum of 3 stars on Booking.com and a clearer explanation of what exactly you are getting when booking this place is needed. 50% of the blame for my above comments is on Booking.com as they should have been more vigilant about the property status and offering. They should have never given 5 stars to this property which makes it at par with other incredible properties in the area on Booking.com

Location, the fact that was new and clean, close to the beach. Staff was nice and polite. Big selection of drinks and snacks included. Hairdresser Savaş was very professional, Spa was super relaxing. Food was delicious.

Housekeeping could of done a little better job. Air conditioning did not work and the room got very hot during the night. Loud noises at night due to barking dogs and early trash truck at 6:20.

Food, we were never hungry it was everywhere. Staff polite and friendly. Barbershop, not only they did my husband’s haircut well but they also have a lovely parrot that they let our daughter to play with.In overall I think it was a great deal, we were just for the weekends from another city. We were so sad to leave it.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great value for money! Friendly staff and great food! I needed a late check out, and they were very accommodating. Had to pay a small fee, which is absolutely fine. I never felt ripped off here like in other hotels, which I appreciated.

Everything.For us it was the second time we stay at Kaila and everytime we can come in Alanya,definitely we are going to stay at Kaila.Perfect location,perfect staff and food,we felt like in our home.Best choice in Alanya

The biggest plus of the hotel—Bravo to the chefs, the food was very tasty and diverse, with different meats and fish daily, as well as fruits. A solid rating 10, better than in other similar hotels.

Entry into the sea is very narrow, half the hotel is there, making it very unpleasant to push through to swim. Organized activities are very poor, practically non-existent. The à la carte dinner—it's better not to go. We chose Italian cuisine, risotto—overcooked rice, with cheap squid sticks instead of seafood. Shameful, but not à la carte. The food in the everyday restaurant is much tastier and more diverse.The pool in front of the hotel—extra-chlorinated water; even though I’m not allergic, I had an allergic reaction.The cleaning staff—rating 2. Very disorganized, they came randomly from 10 AM to 4 PM, making it impossible to plan when to be in the room or when to leave. They forgot to take out the bathroom trash for two days.

Like market and outside easy to access

Some foods but generally is good. Internet sometimes not working.

Very good location bear to beach and near to city center there was bicycles, motors, cars for rent and near to store full of clothes, markets, exchange currency shop, and shops for safari and other activities…. Seriously everything was great in this resort.

I have to say, I was reading before the visit revues on booking.com and was little bit worried about the hotel. But after, entry, it exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful hotel, fantastic stuff and very good food. Hotel is connected with beach via tunel, very smart move. Everybody was always helpful. Value for money 100% yes.

Wifi, but you are not going on the holidays, to look to the phone :)

Stayed for a week and tried to stay on for another week as we loved it so much but was fully booked. .. lovely family hotel, lovely staff can’t pick a bad point brill pool with brill slides will definitely be returning

Very poor

wasn’t clean properly at all so was a bit disgusting neither did room service clean it properly , there was no shampoo refill at all neither tooth brushes or tooth paste

Location near the beach

The food was very bad and cold everyday the same food not really clean and not friendly waitresses,the hotel services like 2 star only the hotel looks nice from outside .if u look for 5 star hotel this hotel is not the right choice with this price better book an 2 star hotel it has good services

Very good hotel. We enjoyed the hotel. 2 pools were open out of 3. Also we did not need more than that because there is also sea. Pool with fun slides. And a pool in front of the bar is a lot of fun. A fun experience. The hotel has a private beach. Recommended for those staying in Alanya and want a 5 star hotel!

Even though we were in the summer. We would have been happy to get a thicker and softer blanket
