Great hotel, has everything I needed and more
Travelled for business and the event was held at the hotel. Only downside was that food and drinks were not served during lunchtime only the pool bar/restaurant so alot of people hanging around the lobby so it got noisy and busy.The bar and certain restaurants should open during lunchtime also when there is an event happening.

The hotel was big, lots of space, modern, and included many amenities. We enjoyed the pool, but wished the hot tub water temperature was hotter. It was only lukewarm warm. The restaurants offered delicious meals. The staff service were all excellent.
Our room had a beautiful view of the pool. However, it seemed like it was as older room that hasn’t been kept up or renovated. It was decent but the walls were dinged up and the floor moldings had missing caulking. For how much we are paying per night, our rooms should arch the standard and quality. Finally, I wish the hotel revealed visibly up front in the Booking advertisement that there’s a $600 refundable deposit as well as a $50 per day resort fee. That’s steep.

Clean, simply elegant, not over the top luxury, near Waldorf spa and other restaurants, has an amazing lazy river and pool area, not very crowded, air quality is great for someone with asthma- no triggers- everything is neutral-scent free. Rooms are spacious and clean, everyone is friendly.
The pool and lazy river is way too cold.

Great hotel, beautiful design and amazing pools and slide! Delicious, hearty breakfast. Fantastic, spacious double queen room.
The one thing I miss from 99% of the hotels in the US is the hand shower. Fun zone with games is fairly expensive...

The room was spacious, daily housekeeping was great, very tidy. The pool area was lovely and relaxing.

Great location. Property was beautiful. Bed was comfortable.
All of towels in our room were terribly stained. The lights in our room were flickering non stop and could not be used. Overall just felt that value was not there for the price.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool, lazy river and taking the free shuttle to Disney Springs. Will definitely come back to stay again.
