- The executive lounge is excellent; great staff and very accommodating! The concierges are very pleasant/kind, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to offer me extra tea that I requested.

- Amenities were not always re-stocked. Example: 4 out of 11 nights my water was not restocked. Old TV remotes (even after asking for mine to be "replaced") did not work well. Poor bathroom design-not enough space and door blocks shower.
