The grounds are beautiful.

Room #1 was filthy - caked makeup on the counter and food spots on the mirrors; room #2 was freezing cold- air conditioner didn't work and no hot water for showers - lukewarm water was cold. Checked out on second day.

Location and Staff were top-notch.

Air-conditioning was adequate but could be colder. Average temp in December was 85 degrees.

It's close to downtown and the marina which are full of life. The staff are very welcoming and the private beach is nice. The Fish House restaurant which sits right on the water was great. My view of the ocean and mountains were beautiful.

The food, specifically Mole and Taco's. It's not sophisticated in any sense and the food was terrible. My room also had a musty smell.

Location is the only redeeming quality

The smell was nauseating. This hotel is a hair above a 2*. It has seen better days for sure. The grounds are lovely but that is it. The food was barely edible - we all got sick. The room smelled horrible.

Last year the food was really good. This year it was not.Last year there were several nights where the dinners were served by the beach on the patio and a great grilled dinner near the grand staircase.This year 2 restaurants-no outside. Food wasn't good.

Kind staff happy to help whenever needed, also the plethora of activities on the resort

Initial room seemed unfinished/un ideal (power socket not attached to wall, shower with too powerful stream, light switch which didn¿t work), however, when asked if we could switch rooms, the hotel was more than happy to accommodate

Food was mediocre. Enough choices but not tasty, also very oriented to Mexican dishes and tastes. Food is not open 24 hours: breakfast / lunch / dinner are server by specific hours. Pool is not heated: water was not warm enough

Best meals were at lunch the food was really good but the supper meals were more spicier and not many choices for anyone who needs a milder diet

Yes specified walk in shower but because of all the spring break visitors took longer to get a clean room and was put in one that was not our preference .the tub was so high could hardly get in it without assist as I have a handicap ( knee problems)

The lights fell on us in the room. The hot tub jets stopped working. The gym equipment stopped working and no AC. The food was the same everyday and was subpar. The room constantly smelled and the floor was dirty upon checkin. No one did anything about it

The hotel was in a great location with easy beach access! Their breakfast was good!

Only thing is that we had to make reservations at the other restaurants in the resort. For the amount of money we paid, we should've been able to just walk in.

Great place to stay. Food is plentiful & ala cart restaurant reservations were always available. Nice beach & great pool area. Please don't expect a 5 star hotel & you will be delighted. Convenient to the Marina and close to buses to go to into to town.

Rooms were not as advertised, hotel is rundown and in need of upgrades in most areas.

Nice ¿wow¿ factor when you walk in. Tons of activities for kids. Easy to navigate. Pool is huge and pretty with a fun swim up bar. Offered Covid tests to guests. Great bartender at swim up bar.

A/C in the room did not work well and it was way too hot trying to sleep. There is a flashing light in the smoke detector right above the bed. The food was not good. Check in and out took a long time.

Excellent food,staff,super clean, comfortable beds and room. Hallways were quiet and peaceful. The pool was huge and beach nice. Neighborhood was not crowded nor commercialized. Enjoyed being away from any crowds The refrigerator was stocked with no fees

Pool chairs had to be claimed early and stayed claimed all day

I put 3 people in the search and it only put us down for 2. When I got to the hotel they charged me $100 extra. Had I known this I would’ve selected somewhere else.

The food was awful! Poor selection of liquor, even with premium package.
