- The grounds are beautiful.
- Location and Staff were top-notch.
- Location is the only redeeming quality
Cons -
- Room #1 was filthy - caked makeup on the counter and food spots on the mirrors; room #2 was freezing cold- air conditioner didn't work and no hot water for showers - lukewarm water was cold. Checked out on second day.
- The food was awful! Poor selection of liquor, even with premium package.
- Air-conditioning was adequate but could be colder. Average temp in December was 85 degrees.

Location is the only redeeming quality
The smell was nauseating. This hotel is a hair above a 2*. It has seen better days for sure. The grounds are lovely but that is it. The food was barely edible - we all got sick. The room smelled horrible.
