- The staff was amazing. Our guide was the absolute best. She had so much energy and was so much fun. The pizza was great. The guacamole at the hacienda grill was delicious. I only wish they would have had it every day.

Cons -
- The service was horrible, waiters took forever to come see if anything was needed. The food wasn?t all that great. For being a resort you would think they would have more options or food variety. The beach was all dirty!

I had a week vacationing with my family of five of us here in HTR, Riviera Maya . Great food, excellent relaxing environment like home feel. Six great restaurants. Staff at the pool bar, activity/exercise assistants
