The service was horrible, waiters took forever to come see if anything was needed. The food wasn?t all that great. For being a resort you would think they would have more options or food variety. The beach was all dirty!

The staff was amazing. Our guide was the absolute best. She had so much energy and was so much fun. The pizza was great. The guacamole at the hacienda grill was delicious. I only wish they would have had it every day.

I had a week vacationing with my family of five of us here in HTR, Riviera Maya . Great food, excellent relaxing environment like home feel. Six great restaurants. Staff at the pool bar, activity/exercise assistants

It had very beautiful grounds! So pretty. The breakfast at the buffet was very good in the mornings¿ and dinner and service at Hacienda was EXCELLENT!

The beach was not nice and the whole resort outside smelled like sewer.. in the 6 days we were there NOBODY was at the beach. It was not cleaned up lots and lots of seaweed and the water was brown and stinky. Also DON¿T pay for a nicer room!

I think for what you pay to stay there the food could have been better and had much more of a selection. I also believe they could have done a better job of informing us of all the things that were available.

RCI scam, RCI people dont let you go on morning tours as they force you to attend seminarIt didnt have a beach, beach that they call is all muddy. There were long queues for food at any restaurant. Overall we had a bad experience and booked another resort

The location was great. Not far from any other place. Service was wonderful. There's a number of activities at the resort to do that made the trip complete.

Our room had a strong smell of the mangrove river water.

The location was great as well as the amenities and nightly entertainment. Many different things to do and never a boring moment. Pools were very nice as well as the variety of restaurants. Cafe staff was very friendly and professional.

Hotel staff seemed disorganized. Every person would say something different. Didn't receive everything as promised on the website. Beach could have been better maintained but beach furniture was very nice.

So many activities and events to do that are free including swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in cenotes. Events every night including Mexician , Caribbean and Mayan themed with food and dancers.

Had bad service one time at one resturant. Italian resturant smells like sewer. Food was good but average.

Tours in the resort, especially the snorkeling tour. The resort itself is beautiful.

The beach is not very nice. Water looks black. But pools are very clean and beautiful.

We love a smaller resort, and this was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic, and we loved that we didn't need reservations for their a la carte dining.

Their sales team was overly pushy to 'buy in' but that's pretty typical for Mexico.

I like the facility itself, and the grounds are beautiful. They have a number of outdoor activities which were very fun. The staff were very pleasant and they were very attentive to making our experience go beyond our expectations.

The food in the buffet restaurant was not very hot. It seemed to be luke warm. This included the coffee. In order to receive hot coffee I would go to the pastry restaurant and ordered a cappuccino. Also the air conditioning in the lobby was ok, not cold.

Peaceful. Beautiful. Clean . fun. Not a total party atmosphere. Famiy fun. And not to crowded. Great experience. Family oriented.relaxing.

The setting was absolutely beautiful. It truly is a resort set in a nature park. Lots of activities you can sign up for. Pools were spectacular. Service was great.
