The best of this resort was 1.) food quality and variety 2.) customer service 3.) cleanliness. We are vegetarians and most definitely found few vegan vegetarian options in all restaurants. Each building has its own ambassador for that building guests!!!
We had issues with hot water the last night before our check out which wasn¿t resolved until we left. I was disappointed as I have a baby. Also, there are NO vegan deserts in any of the restaurants! These are the big two things that I did not like.

Beautiful location, lovely place.
Beautiful resort with plenty of pools and restaurants! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach is stunning!
The signage around the resort could be improved. Most nights I spent upwards of 20+ minutes looking for my villa as they all look the same and only have one sign on one side of the building.
The buildings are getting a touch old and are starting to show their age: leaking roof, no running water while they repaired a heater.
Room service was good but took so long you would have been better off to go find something yourself.
