The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences - All Senses Inclusive

The location was amazing! I LOVED walking through the jungle! It is large enough that you can be away from the crowds or you can hang out in The Plaza and listen to the music.

The day we arrived, it rained, and the stairways and our room floor were dangerously slippery. The 90 minute wait time for dinner because tables were being saved in case Members wanted one. Our Ambassador, did not do the things se said she was gong to do.

The best of this resort was 1.) food quality and variety 2.) customer service 3.) cleanliness. We are vegetarians and most definitely found few vegan vegetarian options in all restaurants. Each building has its own ambassador for that building guests!!!

We had issues with hot water the last night before our check out which wasn¿t resolved until we left. I was disappointed as I have a baby. Also, there are NO vegan deserts in any of the restaurants! These are the big two things that I did not like.

Staff was absolutely pleasant¿. The garden areas were beautiful¿. Food was yummy as well the selection was plentiful¿. Pool areas were ckean

Checking in and checking out was chaos¿ overcrowded¿loud, and very unorganized¿. people yelling attempting to be heard due to over crowded space

Great pools, good beach. Farther away from central Cancun is fine if you don¿t plan on leaving resort. Excursions were reasonably priced. Wi-Fi signal resort wide. Not too crowded for April. Fun amount of on site activities, but poorly informed schedule.

Lots of staff around upselling on bonus items: spa visits, bottles of champagne. Once would¿ve been understandable, but being asked a dozen times a day if we wanted a massage was too much for an ¿all-inclusive¿ resort. No hotel shuttle included.

The exotic landscapes and the wildlife around the property.

The fact that you couldn't walk away from your pool chair without the pool nazi workers removing your belongings and giving your chairs away. It was hard to leave to buy food without fear of them taking your seat.

A la carte restaurants were excellent. Food quality top notch.

Rooms overlooking most of the pools were very noisy.

I loved the beach area. We especially enjoyed the Bali Beds. The Bali Beds came with amazing butler service. Plenty to drink The staff was all very helpful and always greeted you warmly. There was free internet, towels, and plenty of lounges by the bea

The shuttle cars did not come that frequently. It was ok except if you had rooms in the front of the resort and the beach was on the very back end.

The food was AMAZING, the Thai restaurant.

The room doesn't look like on the website, the room was nice and clean but it looks a bit older but very clean and spacious.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Clean, and the amenities are great. Very relaxing to not worry about where to eat or drinks.

Not getting all of the benefits explained. Not able to reserve the restaurant we wanted. The beach is disappointing compared to other hotels and it's a very small section. Not getting the rooms close to each other and having to pay extra for 2 kids.

Very large and nicely appointed rooms. The villas have beautiful pool areas adjacent to the rooms. All of the villas are connected via an elevated nature trail. Landscaping/gardens are immaculately maintained.

Could never get hot water in the room. Many requests and complaints only yielded at best "not cold" water.

The Fives is an amazing experience, the place is incredible, but  what tops it all is the staff. hotel employee att the pool bar what a great guy, hotel employee at the Cantina is a rock star and the guy at the taco stand is unforgettable. They all go above and beyond.

The only negative thing on this visit, is that the don't have tacos de chorizo at the pool anymore ;)

Live entertainment and the keyless entry bracelet. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Property too spread out, not enough info provided about restaurants that were available. Not enough info about available activities. This was not a 5 star resort by any any means. Rooms not insulated and you could hear everything.

Food and beverage is of high quality at this hotel. The staff is very attentive and go out of their way. The Entertainment is nice. Their beach is public and not private, however the beach was fun for kids.

Rooms are far from the ocean and requires golf cart shuttles. They falsely say that the shuttle comes every 15 minutes, it was more like every 30 minutes. No set schedule for the shuttle. No respect for peoples time. Their shuttle was very disorganized.

The rooms offered to us looked nothing like pictures on the website. Cold, Humid, stinking room. View on the pathway and guests going to the breakfast would pass 2 m to my bed. Horrible experience.

Room was very nice. Staff and landscaping was awesome especially right after a hurricane.

Room service issues and I wish there was a bar near the beach that was open past 6pm.

Extremely clean & in a GREAT location. Very helpful staff which gave suggestions on where to eat & places to go. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Totally up-to-date & going beyond in keeping everyone safe with Covid precautions.

Pool area

Private pool was dirty when switched rooms after 2 hours new room has bugs in it. Very dirty. Also told us they didn’t shuttle from the airport and was stranded for two hours.
