Pros +
- The staff was friendly and made arrangements to take care of our needs
- Location, fridge/microwave, bed comfort, cleanliness Breakfast staff were hard working and laid out a nice meal
- The hotel is located to the Opryland hotel where the convention was being held, so it was very convenient to get there
Cons -
- An employee mentioned the hotel has not been renovated in about 16 years & it definitely shows in some areas. The hotel is clean but the age shows. The handicap handle mounts in the shower were rusted out so the handle just swung when going to grab on.
- Front desk lady more interested in her phone than having the overflowing out front trash emptied. She acted like that request wasn?t her job and I was bothering her
- Was dirty, trash was everywhere out front and when I told the front desk they said they weren't going to pick it up.
