- It was easy to check in comfortable and clean, quite. The lady was very good. She was aware that I was elderly and tired. I was booked on 2 floor would walked to elevator and then to room. She kindly move us to a room short distance from check in. .

- There was no breakfast, but the coffee in the cupboard was very good.

- The bathroom could have been a little tidier. Also, I had issues regulating the temp in the room.
- No free breakfast, on the 4th floor the carpet in the hall had a bad smell
