Desired location

Rooms need updating but also regular maintenance. Light bulb out in bathroom and trashcan broken. One curtain panel missing detachable black-out backing so street lights lit up room at night. Bed so uncomfortable even by European standards.

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was so lovely, room was amazing, felt safe and so accessible to beautiful area, sights, restaurants, and museums. Very central

The location is perfect, very close to museums in the very centre of the city. The room is a normal size and very clean.

Breakfast is really bad - it's not for a 4-Star hotel4-meter-high stairs to reach the elevator with luggage.

Cleanliness was disappointing, as the bed was made but the same bottle of water was left on the bed next to the pillow. Additionally, the hotel layout was inconvenient, with stairs and two separate elevators, making luggage handling very tiring.

The location is probably one of the best for being in the heart of Vienna. You can walk to all the main attractions. The bar was lovely, and the staff were excellent & very helpful.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is convenient. Aside from that, this is not a family-friendly hotel.

The experience started poorly at check-in, where the reception staff were rude and unwelcoming. This set the tone for the stay. The lobby is very small and has an unpleasant smell, which does not reflect a 4-star hotel at all.There is no restaurant or kitchen service, and no room service available, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. The rooms are very small, making them unsuitable for families or travelers with children. There was no complimentary water provided in the room, which is a basic expectation.Housekeeping staff were also unfriendly, and overall service was below average.The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is convenient. Aside from that, this is not a family-friendly hotel. Small rooms, poor service, unfriendly staff, and lack of basic amenities made our stay disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The location is excellent - all the main attractions are within walking distance: Domkirche St. Stephan, Hofburg, Albertina, Wiener Staatsoper, Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien and much more. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, including Michelin-starred ones.The bed was excellent, and the windows (one window) looked directly onto Donnerbrunnen, but it was still quite quiet. The room has a minibar without alcoholic beverages, a TV, a bath, and a kettle.

The top shelves of the wardrobes were covered in dust, the light in the corridor didn't work, and the safe didn't work (probably because the batteries were dead). Breakfast was rather monotonous - yoghurt, eggs, sausage, frankfurters and a few pastries. Although this is probably a typical Austrian breakfast. For some reason, waiters take away your empty plates while you are still sitting at the table. Doesn't a buffet mean that I can put more food on the same plate?

Location is just 4 minutes walking to the Stephanplatz and U3 subway station. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was adequate. Staff is friendly.

The bed duvets were too small. Pillows could be a little bit harder. You need to climb some stairs in the hotel which is difficult with luggages and stroller

The location of the hotel was ideal for getting around Vienna . The room was perfect and clean ,bed comfy and the soundproof windows made it even better for a city center hotel. The breakfast had a good choice. The staff where very friendly. Access to the underground U-Bahn was only short 2/3 min walk. Shopping ,restaurants and some of the main sites were within walking distance.
