Silver Reef Casino Resort

We stayed in a king room in the south tower, which was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and cushy pillows too.The room darkening blind was a nice touch.Our room had a sw view overlooking the casino entrance with a territorial view.The bathroom area was huge with a vanity counter, which was nice to see. The tub and toilet were closed off, which was great for privacy.It was great to have a wide selection of restaurants downstairs, even though I do miss room service.Had fun in the casino and ended up ahead, so, yay!We stay at the Silver Reef anytime we are in the area, checking out Bellingham, Birch Bay, and Ferndale.

No Room Service available and the pool area was on the basic side, even though all the kids in there were having fun.Charge for late check out was $20 for an extra hour

The bar and restaurant staff were great and very friendly.

The front desk staff were rude. We are Canadian and the front desk person swiped my card which often doesn’t work (it needs to tap) and he rudely suggested that my card was declined which it wasn’t it just needed to be tapped. Certainly not a hospitable employee and didn’t set the nicest tone. I would suggest bringing your own pillows unless you want to sleep on an accent pillow. They are ridiculously small for a king size bed.
