- Location - This hotel is located 20 minutes (13 miles) south of Oldtown, ID and 40 minutes (28 miles) north from I-90 on hwy ID-41. It's close to the Super-1 Foods in Oldtown and Athol. There's a Conoco gas station in Blanchard.
- The amenities.
- it was fully booked property but was very quiet, great little pub within walking distance. Ultra friendly people wherever we went.

- Expected standard 3 star hotel items Missing toiletry items - No shampoo and conditioner Missing items in kitchenette Dishes, glasses, forks and knives missing. No pack of coffee for coffee maker.
- Our room had a living space with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The air conditioning didn't extend to the living area, it was only in the bedroom which made the bedroom extremely cold and the living area uncomfortably hot.

We loved the resort and views. It was quiet at night. Having a full kitchen made our trip much more enjoyable!
