Very quiet room and was clean and comfortable

Nice room, comfortable, and well appointed. Staff was nice for the most part.

The staff was friendly and polite.
The property was in need of upkeep. There was a bucket near the elevator bank catching water dripping from the ceiling. The wallpaper and plaster was cracked and water damaged.It had a used car sales man trying to relive his high-school football glory days feel. The food at the Bistro Cafe was overpriced by a wide margin.

The location was great. The pool area was terrific for the kids.
We had to ask for another room Becaause our bed reeked of urine. A previous guest had apparently had an accident and it wasn't detected when the sheets were changed.
