Very clean and safe.

The mattress is in desperate need of replacement!

Nothing special about it not a 3 or 4 star for sure kinda like a motel 6

Dirty room mold on show and tub mold on ceilings on cleaning of room had to ask for towels missing garbage n Cans in room ask for some never received it fridge was dirty

Hotel double charged me. Got a 90$ charge on my card that unexplained.

Gave me a room with a TV that didnt work then charged me 90 when they moved me to a new room. 2nd room key didnt work it opened to anyone. Manager told me be sure to use the latch

The hotel was poorly maintained, dirty, and dated. It did not match the standard of other Marriott Courtyard hotels.

The restaurant staff was great.

Located right on the interstate- windows did not block the sound at all. Mattresses were worn out and needed to be replaced. TV was small. Front desk could not provide us with any additional blankets for warmth.

Location, ambience and cleaneliness

They demanded my credit card for incidentals during check in, only to add an additional charge called a parking recapture fee. Don't really know what that is, but if that is a mandatory thing, why not include it in the booking cost? Last minute surprise.

The hotel WiFi was down so that effected the TV. There was no TV access and the hotel did not offer a reduction in the rate

The staff was either uninformed of pet fees or they are trained not to be forthcoming concerning them. We were told on the phone one prices and then charged another price. Management then attempted to give an answer that was inconsistent at best.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get a key to my room I had to leave my door open or had to have them let me in and out the room which was very inconvenient for me. I couldn't go to another hotel in the area because I couldn't be refunded.

Room was clean and comfortable

Bathroom was below standards for the hotel rating. Old with some mold on the shower curtain. Like they remodeled the room but forgot the bathroom/shower. Pretty disappointed

Rooms need to be equipped with hair dryers.

Never had our room cleaned during our 4 night stay, the morning server for the "bar/restaurant" was ignoring everyone, he had earbuds in his ears so he could pretend not to hear us...He was absolutely useless.

Our family stayed for 5 days, 4 nights and there was never a housekeeper in our room. I had to call and ask for clean towels on day 3. I had to pick up them up from the front desk and the lady said she would leave a note for them to clean our room.

Overall, it was just ok. We appreciated the cleanliness the first day. The bed was pretty comfortable. The water pressure was excellent!

The bedside only had one outlet that worked on each side. We had to move the table to even get to it. The bathroom sink drained super slow because the hole wasn't deep enough. They nevercame back the next day to collect our dirty towels & give us fresh.

The hotel staff was great! The hotel room had hair all over the bathroom floor. The hand towel rack fell on the floor when I took the towel off there was milk left in the refrigerator. The room was not clean.

I hope this will lead to someone going in and fixing the problem. Its too nice of a hotel for it to get rundown. There was several things that needed repair in the room. They really need someone to inspect the rooms after the help cleans them.
