roach found upon entry, took long time to get hot water from tap, outside noise level, very noisy AC!

Room was too small for the for a king size bed and the furniture that was crammed into the room. Could not open the microwave door without unplugging the refrigerator. The shower was too small, towels were like sandpaper.

this hotel should not even be working it shouldn't in the open bedspread have mildew on it curtains were ugly they were old sink was cracked the shower was ugly you have to go see this hotel so you can see what I'm talkin about you guys shouldn't recomme

I had to plug in the refrigerator to keep my drinks cold. The rooms air conditioner was off and the room was really hot when we arrived. In the shower there was left over soap from the last person who rented the room. The room was really old and dated.

The room was big

Staff was rude. There was no wi-fi. the mobile hotspot wasn't operational. Bathroom was rusty and dirty.

It had a bed.

Bugs on the floor, non-working TV remote, no hot water, the bed felt like it was falling apart it was so old, the pillows are incredibly flat..

I enjoyed the attendant at the night window. I appreciated how attentive and courteous she was to me and my partner. The price point could not be beat as well.

Overall, the hotel was showing many signs of wear and tear. A more professionally done remodel would help this location considerably.

Room smell like cigarettes, bedding was dirty, shower had broken tiles and shower head was too low. Old tube TV, itinerary stated flat screen TV. Remote didn't work. Carpets look dirty and unkempt.

The hotel was great. Clean rooms. The Hotel Employee at the desk totally professional. Plus, she is a total hottie. Don't tell her I said anything. It's really a great hotel. I will be using this hotel in The future.The breakfast. sucked! Dry, didn't taste right.

The breakfast for $15 sucked. Even for free it sucked.I had a free breakfast. voucher and paid $15 for me. I could barely eat anything. It really sucked. I'm sorry but I won't be eating there again.

I liked the fact that the room actually was non-smoker and how strict they were about it!

There were not enough towels in the room, I went to ask for some, and I was told that they would give me 2 more, but that they usually charge extra. She also warned me not to stain her towels (my hair is magenta) with hair dye or she would charge my card!

Staff is very friendly. Even when arriving late at night and checking out early in the morning.

Everything met expectations. No complaints.

Our overnight stay was pleasant. Definitely a very quiet hotel especially for a weekend.

Very very dirty. Disgusting.

That I was able to sleep in spite of room condition and feeling scammed.

The desk attendant was very friendly and nice.

The room was so dated! It was lost in the 70’s. The lamps, bedspread, furniture was all old. The painter had spilled paint everywhere. We were uncertain about cleanliness . They had written the hotel name on the pillows, mattress pad etc in sharpie..

Loved the courtyard outside our room and that it was not facing a street. The room was quiet, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was nice.

Clean but sort of outdated but great for the price. The older lady that checked me in is probably the nicest person i have ever met. I came to this hotel after originally booking somewhere else and had a terrible experience there. The woman was so kind, checked me in quickly and made sure i had everything i needed. This place is not a luxury hotel by any means but the customer service alone guarantees i’d stay here again.
