Surrounded by a coastal mountain range in the center of California, Maple Inn & Suites is located directly off of the 152 freeway. It is 5 miles east of I-5. Historic Los Banos down town, fairground and Hunting area is near by. It offers 24 hours front desk and on-site dinning with free WiFi. All rooms at the Maple Inn & Suites offer a flat screen COMCAST CABLE TV WITH 125+ CHANNELS: a coffeemaker, a Microwave, and a Refrigerator in all the rooms. Each guest room includes a seating area with a desk, a chair, tables, and comfortable beds. Maple Inn & Suites is located near by Espanas South West Bar & Grill Restaurant and the on-site new restaurant: Los Dos Potrillos Restaurant & Bar offers Mexican cuisine. If you're using this area as a stopping off point, you'll be pleased to know that San Francisco, Monterey and Yosemite National Park are all within a two-hour drive. - The location
- Clean but sort of outdated but great for the price. The older lady that checked me in is probably the nicest person i have ever met. I came to this hotel after originally booking somewhere else and had a terrible experience there. The woman was so kind, checked me in quickly and made sure i had everything i needed. This place is not a luxury hotel by any means but the customer service alone guarantees i’d stay here again.

Cons -
- Our room was infested with bedbugs.
- The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom had mold and the walls were stained. It wasn’t very clean.
- Couldn’t find a breakfast spot we liked but the front desk lady recommended Espanas across the street and it didn’t disappoint.
