Location is great.

The bed was horrible. Sagging and lumpy. The floors in the room a were dirty. Took shoes off and socks were black with dir.

Ac didn’t work right, dishwasher didn’t work at all and place just looked dated and not well maintained

The resort is right on the beach with easy accessibility. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about things in the area for people like us who had never been there before. The room was spacious and had everything you'd need for a week long stay.

The rooms floor hadn't been mopped in awhile, and it was very noticeable as I was wearing white socks..The ceiling fan had a 1/4" of dust on it...The shower head needed some attention too.The photos from the website were misleading. I expected the pool to be larger, and the lazy river was not a river, and both were "cloudy". That was a huge letdown.Going to the beach would have been great BUT there weren't any beach chairs or umbrellas. You had to buy/supply your own although I think that was the same for our neighbor resorts as well.

Upon check in the staff informed me that I could have saved 83$ by booking through their website instead of booking.com. I asked if there was anything they could do and they said nope! Then tried to sell me a timeshare or something idk, I didn’t want to talk to Sara after that. I walked upstairs and enjoyed my stay. Pretty clean place, room was somewhat dated, a lot of imperfections in the paint and furniture. Bonus though, there was a washer/dryer in the room and that was huge!. Enjoyed my stay very much. Would stay again.

Room very cozy; bed very comfortable; staff very courteous and excellent customer service. Room key card allows access to elevator during restricted hours, which made our stay secure.

Suggest having fluffy and feathered bed pillows, furniture in sitting and dining area along kitchen utensils were outdated. Sofa made noise whenever sitting. Height of jetted tub was challenging getting in and out of shower (short people).

Anderson and Hilton rooms are different. Anderson rooms are condos and the pic they show are not what you get. Rooms are outdated. No lighting in the bedroom. Switchs didn't control anything. Rust on stove. Shower curtain rod nearly falling off. I took videos of everything. See my pic's compared to pics you see when booking
