- Front desk African American lady that worked on 09/27/2005 was very rude to us without any reason make us feel very uncomfortable, HR should NOT hire people for customer service specifically for front desk with No respect and attitude!!Pillows very uncomfortable

The location
We reserved an early check in through the hotel itself, it was approved. We were in town for my Uncle’s funeral, when we arrived the receptionist was rude, no empathy and just kept saying we were at capacity and cannot honor an early check in. Also the floor in our bathroom had loose tile and a lightbulb was burnt out.
