I paid for balcony in my room and they gave me one looking to the parking lot which I did not like. Since it was just for one night, I did not claim about it.

The "special guest chef" at the restaurant -- the meal was amazing The bartender in the lobby bar was very personable and helpful

Much of the hotel is in need of "attention"-- it seems that it has been a bit neglected We tried the new outdoor 'tapas' restaurant-- our experience was not good-- the refrigerators were broken so all the drinks/beer were warm, the food was mediocre

Since the pool was closed they did allow us to use the pool at the Ritz Carlton on the beach in Naples. However, this is a bit of a hassle having to either wait for a shuttle at certain times or drive your own car.

The shower stalls are so small! I am not a big person, 5'4" and under 140 pounds, but I could barely turn around under the showerhead without hitting my elbows on the wall tile. Yes here is a bathtub, but who wants to sit in their own dirty water???

Cleanliness

Unfortunately we did feel that the staff were not informed of information they should have known like shuttle times and our tv didnt work with the “free” showtime and netflix and even had no tv at different points. Also customer service wasnt 4.5 star

Dinner room service. And everything else. I went in the middle of a pandemic and they took a lot of extra safety measures for the clients. It is also the low season so things were scaled back a little bit that is understandable and worldwide right now.

I will go back after this pandemic and maybe before. Very kind and professional.

The room was great (the cleanliness, the view & the comfortable bed). The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are kept up very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband & I will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful hotel! We traveled with 2 small children and the staff was extremely accommodating, to the point that they even located a missing toy. Both rooms were impeccably clean, & the pool was gorgeous- just enough shade and sun. Will be returning

we were not aware that the Ritz had two locations in Naples. this one was not on the beach but it is much better but f you want smaller crowds and more privacy. there is transportation to the Beach Ritz.

The updated decor and rooms were special. The beds, the coffee, the robes....a upgraded comfortable stay. The breakfast was really good. Also enjoyed the pool area. Love that you can go back and forth to the beach property Ritz via shuttle.

The hotel lobby bathroom needed some love. When inside the stalls the bottom of the doors were dirty and needed paint.

Overall the hotel experience was excellent. My only disappointment is for such a high end hotel where we pay top dollars they turned out to be cheap of charging 9.95 for WiFi. In a hotel of this class it should be complementary.

After Irma it is difficult to criticize, but my experience Was disappointing Tiny ants all over the place

From the moment we arrived everything was amazing. The property is beautiful! The staff was so welcoming! I never want to stay anywhere else!

Loved everything from the great golf courses to the beautiful pools - amazing XMAS decorations - IT WAS PERFECT - oh and the Christmas songs at lobby spectacular
