From the moment we arrived everything was amazing. The property is beautiful! The staff was so welcoming! I never want to stay anywhere else!
The "special guest chef" at the restaurant -- the meal was amazing The bartender in the lobby bar was very personable and helpful
Since the pool was closed they did allow us to use the pool at the Ritz Carlton on the beach in Naples. However, this is a bit of a hassle having to either wait for a shuttle at certain times or drive your own car.

I paid for balcony in my room and they gave me one looking to the parking lot which I did not like. Since it was just for one night, I did not claim about it.
Much of the hotel is in need of "attention"-- it seems that it has been a bit neglected We tried the new outdoor 'tapas' restaurant-- our experience was not good-- the refrigerators were broken so all the drinks/beer were warm, the food was mediocre
The shower stalls are so small! I am not a big person, 5'4" and under 140 pounds, but I could barely turn around under the showerhead without hitting my elbows on the wall tile. Yes here is a bathtub, but who wants to sit in their own dirty water???
