Not a good stay if you have expectations.
It was close to the airport
The furniture was not well taken, it was not as pictured, the different levels of uneven ground that you had to step over, the noise of neighbors and dogs barking.

Fairly good
This is a private home with rooms at the back and on upper floors. Check-in was easy. I was given a free upgrade to a larger room which had a spacious shower and plenty of space around the bed. There's a small supermarket within walking distance.
The venue is out of the way in a residential neighborhood with little to see around. The manager will drive you to the airport or ferry pier, though you might be charged more than a taxi.

Small itchy blanket, uncomfortable room, funny smells, heartless place. I would get depressed there if I'd stay for longer..
