- The room was great. Updated, clean and nicely appointed. But also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

- It exceeded my expectations on all levels. I was a bit nervous because the hotel was booked for me and I had never heard of it, but all doubts were wiped away and I now feel like I have found a hidden gem.
- Broken air conditioner on July 27.
- 1. While we did have a great view of the Empire State Bldg, we also had a bird's eye view of the neighbor's garden bathtub... VERY uncomfortable! We never knew if we'd open the curtains to someone bathing. 2. No coffee maker in the room.
