Convenient location

Broken appliances, no bathtub drain stopper, ice machine failure, bad attitude emerged from behind the check-in counter when I first arrived

The price was great for the 1 night we stayed. There was a shower chair provided along with soap, shampoo, lotion, and a pk with qtips and nail file.

$20 fee plus $50 deposit for 1 dog! There was pee spots on the toilet seats, the coffee pot was broken/missing pieces, the towels were small like hair towels rather than bath towels, the racks inside the fridge were broken, the laundry was not working.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were enough blankets. There is a continental breakfast although I didn't try it (had to leave by 5am each day for work).

When I travel I look for a simple, clean room with a firm mattress & clean sheets. Hotel Inn checked those boxes. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Will stay there again

Nothing. We were much later than planned. There was a sign to ring a doorbell for assistance. No one answered. I had attempted to call the phone # in our itinerary much earlier to inform them of late arrival. No one answered. The phone # is for CA

The manager was awesome the breakfast was good. Good price… safe area. Good service. Got to chat with night manager. Super cool guy.

It was quiet

The fact I had to wait 3 hrs after paying for my room to check in I was cold and tired and had no where to go cause I was 500. Miles from my home

This is clean and quiet moderately priced motel in the style I prefer: doors open to the parking lot. The managers are nice, and the property is pretty well maintained. My room was clean, the bed and linens were comfortable, and the towels good quality.

No double queen rooms on bottom floor, so if you have handicap in group you have only top floor with stairs. However they were very accommodating & gave us to king rooms on bottom floor at no extra charge.

We were on the second floor with no elevator. They said they served breakfast and they didn't

From 3 in the morning until 5 in the morning a couple was fighting and so loud unable to sleep. Was so frustrating. Travel was for work.

Quiet

The breakfast was a joke. Cereal, bread, jelly, limited fruit and coffee. Plus, do not book if you have mobility issues. The only ramp is frequently blocked by cars

Nice, clean neat, and good staff.

The room had a fridge and a microwave in the room. The hotel is in a good location to downtown and not that far from the freeway.

The ice machine did not work.

This hotel and area is scary. People were rude. Bed uncomfortable. Requested late check out and still got woke up early. This should only be half a star hotel.

Small tidy room with a nice bathroom. The included breakfast was cold cereal and toast with one fruit, coffee, tea or water. We opted to make our breakfast in our room using the microwave.

lACK OF A DECENT BREAKFAST.

The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, parking was easy and convenient, it was mostly quiet. There is a nice sized desk for a good workspace.

Towels thin,holey,threadbare & scratchy. Accessible handles attached to toilet seat not helpful & made cleanup almost impossible. I fell out of tub,hurt both knees & hit my head & management didn't take a report or care. Only 1/2 roll of TP & no backup.
