Parking is available at Plaza del Castillo Public Parking. Guests need to hand in the parking ticket at the reception to receive in exchange a magnetic card to access the parking when needed. The parking fee must be paid in the hotel. Please note that parking service will not be available during San Fermin Holidays, from 5 to 14 July. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply, 30% will be charged in advance. The hostel has an agreement with the SABA Plaza del Castillo public parking lot. It is recommended that you access the parking lot prior to your arrival at Hostal Arriazu, as it is located in a pedestrian zone. You must hand in your parking ticket at the hotel's reception, where you will be given directions to access the parking lot at any time. The parking fee is NOT included in the reservation price and must be paid at the hotel.

Pros +
- Not happy that I left a pair of 200 trainers in the room on leaving the room. Even more so dissatisfied with the level of care given by the lady on the phone when we called back to try to locate the trainers Id left behind. Cant fathom for the life of me why someone staying in the room the following night would take a second hand, used pair of trainers with them without handing them in but that, it would seem, is what happened. My views on the cleaning staff will remain silent as Im not in the habit of accusing people of removing items, it would be wrong of me to make assumptions.

- Great location, friendly staff , room nice but bit tatty chipped paint , no view over looked a roof
