Pros +
- parking is easy
- Some hotels come with breakfast. Your hopes home, we paid for breakfast
- The location is great - very conveniently located. The lobby was beautiful! The staff were very efficient and friendly. The shower in the restroom was amazing.
Cons -
- Some of the facility was closed and/or run down (carpet on 14 floor has multiple stains in hallway), not sure why we were assigned an accessible room on the 7th fl (we do not have special needs), and both days housekeeping did not replenish the towels. The pool was Closed. The conference room restrooms have cracked/broken tiles. Lights on the word WESTIN on building need bulb replacing.

- Staff was not welcoming or helpful during check in Pool was closed throughout our whole stay

parking is easy

The location is great - very conveniently located. The lobby was beautiful! The staff were very efficient and friendly. The shower in the restroom was amazing.
The breakfast wasn't anything special. Could use more hot dishes. The eggs were very dry - thinking they were powdered eggs? The room was outdated - the furniture very dingy, scratched, and heavily used. The room could really use an update and has outlived its value.
