Pros +
- Location was great! Also has a waterpark that is included with your stay! We spent over 10 hours at it with a 8 and 9 year old.
- The inside area was very nice, and the landscape was also very nice with the water falls and wildlife.
- The rooms are roomy and very very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean, comfortable and well laid out. The hotel has many activities, restaurants and shops. You do not need to leave.
Cons -
- We had to call maintenance 3 times during our trip to fix things in our room. We were told all hotel restaurants were only taking reservations for over night guests. That was not true, The site was down all 4 days and know one knew the hours.
- The hotel is a huge maze with minial signage on locations.They charge resort fees plus daily self parking fees.

Never had to leave the complex. Awesome pools. Gorgeous interior and atmosphere
