Review summary
The hotel is praised for its clean, spacious rooms and excellent customer service, particularly from the front desk staff who strive to assist guests despite some management challenges. Guests appreciate the variety of amenities and restaurants on-site, as well as the beautiful location with lush landscaping and easy access to nearby attractions. However, some reviewers noted issues with noise in the rooms and high parking fees, yet overall, many guests found the hotel to be a wonderful experience worth revisiting.

Loved Having access to everything we needed on property. All the food we ordered was great portions and very flavorful! Higher Prices are to be expected with a resort like this but it was not too over priced.
The hotel room door was not thick enough to block out the hallway sounds. We hear everyone's conversations walking by. Which made it for disturbance when we're trying to fall asleep or watch TV. The TV streaming was not good at all. It kept going in and out.

Brilliant facilities and things to do for kids at Christmas, amazing property and atrium. Great location to get around. Wildlife and gardens in the hotel ponds were really well maintained. Very clean. The escape room was brilliant.
Staffing experience was variable. The kids water play area was closed for renovation and the work was noisy. The joins on the open water slides were uncomfortable as you travelled down. The soundproofing on our particular room wasn’t great.

It’s a beautiful resort and the guest rooms are large and comfortable. The resort staff is gracious and helpful. The food at the restaurants in the resort was excellent.
The property is freezing due to air conditioning, seriously the hallways felt like a meat locker. The fact that you get charged for everything and I mean everything is annoying, when you are paying top dollar for your accommodations, they could make parking less expensive. We paid $43 a night to park, even the day trip visitors pay less.

Hotel was beautiful.
We stayed in room 2043 Atrium view. The view was partially obstructed by a palm tree. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable and pillows were also firm. There was a loud clanging noise about every 45 minutes which woke us up through the night. Valet parking during was very slow. I called ahead 30 minutes in advance to have our car pulled up, still had to wait additional 10-15 minutes for car to arrive. This happened both Thursday and Friday night during our 2 night stay. The Front desk was informed about both all these issues, but nothing was done to improve the situation. I expected more from this hotel.

This is a beautiful property with sensational indoor gardens and water features. Is it worth the price? Perhaps for one or two nights. The rooms are adequate, clean, and moderately spacious.
The self parking is distant from the rooms. The hefty parking charge is something of an insult, considering the price of the rooms, the isolation of the location, and the fact that cows are grazing in the field just to the south. Difficult to escape from paid guest parking in the morning after turning in room key.

Very clean hotel and room. Spacious room with a nice balcony. Was there for a conference and had good amenities.
Everything was great honestly. I even tried the room service, which I haven't had in YEARS and it was delivered fast, hot and complete. This hotel was a little more pricier than I normally would've picked but it was for a conference.
