Very convenient location which is one or two stops from Wien Mitte. Reasonably priced and decent value for the money. Very close to metro stop.

Super clean throughout, comfortable room (with a sumptuous bed), excellent service, friendly stuff, delicious food, reasonable price.

The lobby is beautiful and the staff was wonderfully helpful.

The lobby was really the only stylish part. The room was very worn and needed work. The paint was painting in the bathroom and the bathroom door needed replaced, for how fabulous the lobby was the rooms were very outdated.

Price, location was maybe 20 minutes walking to city centre, subway was a stones throw away!

Staff was wonderful. Front desk guy left desk to help us print documents. Bellman waited with luggage cart for half an hour while we took phone calls and wandered around main floor. Once we were finally ready he insisted on helping & firmly refused tip.

Might mention on website that it is not actually at the riding school.

Location,Room size.

Reception not very helpful on assigning room. Coffee machine provided at request only if you know about it. Cleaning lady left sink drain closed, risking flooding(idiot idea).

Bed was comfortable. All in all hotel, was Premium mediocre.

Lobby never had the promised complimentary coffee. Staff, though pleasant, couldn't seem to agree until what time the coffee was served. Room was musty, dated and smelled like pledge. AC only half worked.

It is a beautiful fancy hotel, with super friendly staff and nice location.

Nowadays, how can a hotel charge so much for Wifi in the room?

Not close to most tourist attractions

Despite some signs of aging, this is one of my favorite Vienna hotels as A) it is a bit off the beaten path and thus more relaxed, B) it is housed in a fantastic 19th century building, C) it is quite obviously really well-managed and D) service is great

There are some signs of aging that are particularly obvious in the bathrooms and the lobby design. Not so bad yet but I hope these will be addressed. Check out lines can be long as they cater to tour groups, which might be checking in in the morning.

The building is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and well kept.

Although the hotel seem close to many attractions, there is not a straight route to get to them.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood,very convenient to most touristy places(if you're into walking a bit) hotel staff very professional, breakfast was great with multitude of choices (including in-house Chef)& oh! the wonderful Sauna & steamroom!

YES!The fact that in this day and age,where ALL hotels(even those basic small moms/pops establishments)provide free WIFI & these people still charge15 Euros/day for providing this essential service! Unless you're willing to do your work in the lobby! 👎

the location was good.

they seem to have created some bogus charges to our account and they didn't give us a printed or email receipt. I only noticed when looking online at my credit card account several days later. This remains unresolved.

The room is very nice and clean. Huge bed. Staff are ok

Wifi in the room cost extra money! That's a shame. Location ian't great - a bit far from the center and from resturants.

Staff was very attentive. Service and food at restaurant was excellent. Room was nice, beds were very comfortable.

No free wireless

Interesting Embassy area adjacent to the hotel across the railway line. Public transport close by for getting around Vienna,tram 71 and railway.Room was pleasant. Had to ask for tea and coffee making facilities but they were delivered promptly.

Our rate did not include breakfast which was very expensive. Problem solved, we ate breakfast out. Nice chain store type restaurant called Illy's at the station did a great breakfast.

They served a wonderful breakfast that I thought was included in our price. We ended up paying extra for it but was disappointed to find out our price didn't include it. I would like to know this information ahead of time.

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the bath.
