Yes, I was told I had to stay on the third floor because I booked online was given a hard time at the front desk on check-in hallways were extremely hot third floor smelled like dog urine

It was dirty and run down. Nothing like the picture. Also, the staff never responded to my text message when they asked how my stay could have been better.

Location to interstate and the restaurant within walking.

The pool was closed and the rooms were outdated

It was quieter than many lower-priced hotels

Our room reeked! Every time we entered there was an overpowering "wet dog" smell. I asked if there was a room available that wasn't "pet friendly". Was told that pets are allowed in every room at that location.

Shower was dirty, when staff was notified all they said was that we could change rooms. No apology, no one could come clean it up.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our room needed some minor cosmetic repairs such as paint touch ups and loose outlet covers. Additionally, there was as an issue with the floor tiles that was causing the bathroom and refrigerator doors to have trouble shutting.

Husband needs 1st fl rm. I called hotel early in AM.Desk clerk took his name and said she would hold a room for him on first floor. I made the reservation online immediately, room was not held.

The room garbage was only picked up the first day.

The room layout was nice and not having any carpet was a bonus.

Its back off the main road behind another shady hotel. The 2 employees we encountered at both checkin and checkout couldn't care less about anything we had to say and you could tell were miserable and didnt want to be there and were less than helpful.

It's slightly better than the cheapest motels and hotels

Suspect approached me in the hallway and offered to sell me their food stamps. I asked front desk if I could cancel my second night. The desk was very helpful and refunded the second night, only charging me for the first, and then I checked out and left

There was a lot of noise in the halls from other guests but not hotel fault really.

We are full time Motor Home people traveling the FIRST time by car n hotel. We were very worried about cleanliness, etc. La Quinta was absolutely THE BEST! Very comforted by the clean room, great staff, n hot breakfast. Loved the Jacuzzi in the room.

My only sadness was the jacuzzi jets did not work, so it was a hot soak not the relaxing jets I hoped for.

The beds were comfortable. It looked recently renovated besides the tub/shower.

I got bed bugs! :( I didn¿t notice any signs of bugs initially because I always check the sheets. Next time I need to check all the way down to the mattress. I have the clear signs of bites on my arms and neck.

It was shabby; there were bedbugs; there was inadequate lighting, and some of the lights that were there were burned out; there was no protein for breakfast; the floor (except for bathroom) was filthy.

It was close to the Expo Center. One exit from where the event.

This hotel required a $150 CASH deposit because I lived within a 50 mile radius of the hotel. I arrived at 11:00 p.m. and did not have $150 cash. I had to drive around looking for a gas station with a functioning ATM.
