LOCATION! was within walking distance to the prudential center. Place was clean and modern:)

The room itself was a bit small. Bathroom shower was quite small, too.

It was clean . The parking lot staff and restaurant staff was nice and helpful.Nice location.

It was hard to heat up the room in February.and the bathroom was cold due to large windows.

King room is great, preety hotel.The owner need to bring people that know how to keep on professionalism.The property is nice, but the service experience did not match the appearance of the hotel and this is why my 7 stars. I hope is going to change becouse I see myself coming back to this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and some of the staff members were very helpful.However, the overall level of service was not impressive. Before my arrival, while I was on a very long flight, I emailed the hotel to ask whether they provide a shuttle service, but I did not receive any response.When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist if he had received my email. He did not respond to my question and appeared unwelcoming and rather unfriendly. After such a long journey, I expected a warmer and more professional reception.The property is nice, but the service experience did not match the appearance of the hotel and this is why my 7 stars. I hope is going to change becouse I see myself coming back to this hotel.
