The hotel was small and clean. The staff was very accommodating. We initially got a room that was noisy. The staff was able to relocate us for a more comfortable stay. The location was good, close enough for us to get to the places we want to go to.
I think the breakfast could use some improvement. The food was the same for the 3 mornings out of the 4 days we were there. More variety would be great!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was conveniently located to where we spent most of our time. The price included breakfast. Parking was covered and also included in the price of the room.
Our room faced a main street. One of the people in our party is gluten and vegan free, the only option was fruit. The supply of fruit was low, you had to be there right when the fruit was put out. Breakfast offered rice crispy, but the non diary milk available was not gluten free.

Location is good.Building is new and clean.Parking is good.
We used to stay at the Fair Field hotel near Washington University, St. Louiswhile our son was studying there from 2008 - 2012. Very nice complementary toiletries and very goodbreakfast.But at the PS San Diego location Fair Field, the breakfast is very continental style, and no complementary toiletries except a bar of regular soap.Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It made lots of noise when people toss and turn on the bed.when we asked for blanket for the sofa bed, we only got thin layer of bed cover.Breakfast is kind of disappointing.

The king suite was spacious and clean. The location was great as it was close to everything. The area felt safe and the hotel was very modern.
Nothing really. Mainly just the fact that you have to request room service instead of the service being automated like other hotels.

Staff was very nice. Location was great, right off the freeway. I was very comfortable parking our car overnight there. It was a very nice stay for all of us.
We were only given two towels and had to ask for some more, which were given promptly.
