Booked a suite as had an outdoor jacuzzi advertised but was off when we arrived and the staff told me it's because it's winter - strange and meant I overpaid for the room.

Great with Parking stand alone Hotel, very clean, rooms to be renovated.

Free parking, very nice and luxurious hotel, and plenty of comfortable spots to sit and relax around the property.

Quite far from the city, and the restaurant menu isn’t very large.

Large space with all the comforts, large bed and very good breakfast. Bus stop No20 to the center is 500 meter close.

Everything was good

Great location to stop between the North and middle or South. Welcome garden to walk the dog with a park just over the road (large bunnies/hares). Good price for family room

Spacious and clean, situated in a quiet area of Bologna

Stayed here many times - on way back from southern Italy to UK. Always go for a balcony room for the dog to enjoy! Breakfast is good and Dinner is exceptional

Nothing really

This is a beautiful hotel. The facilities are robust and welcoming

I stayed twice in one week. The first room had uncomfortable pillows. That’s the only negative aspect I experienced.

Pool. Bunnies on the property. Patricia's and Daniel's restaurant ( I think that's the name) at the country house across the street and the pizza restaurant around the corner. Hotel restaurant was nice too but not a patch on the one in the country house and they charge way more in hotel, we went there most days. Rooms were lovely too . I had a lot of family staying so I experienced all the types of rooms. Junior sweet 101 was nicer than the newer suites in 338 and the bologna suite is nice upstairs with hot tube on balcony but the ground level and room on entrance is so basic, it lets it down.

Staff! One star overall. Some were very friendly (cleaning and maintenance) Most were awful and give the impression they hate their jobs ( reception were decent). So many examples throughout my stay but here are a couple: 1) I stopped ordering cocktail I wanted because the barman acted visibly put out by making it correctly using blender 2) I was with a large group and when we arrived back to the bar at night we pulled tables together so we could sit together and the bar man comes running out angry and rude telling us we cannot, also snapping at us when we are ordering drinks ( this is NOT 4 star service). 3) always only one bar staff no matter how busy and they hide out the back so you can be waiting ! Again more 1star, definitely not 4 star service. There are more examples but you get the point...Also to be fair the girls working on the bar were better.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good but we didn't eat in the restaurant.

If you arrived outside of lunch hours the menu was very limited

Polite and friendly staff, exeptional service, good prices, stunning architecture, fantastic foods and drinks, big variety of gluten free options, spacious balcony, general cleanness and hygiene, free and safe parking. Bonus fireworks (for other guests wedding). Fast and smooth service despite of large number of guests/big events

Lovely hotel in peaceful surroundings. Pool area very clean and good breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A couple of the staff weren’t the friendliest but majority were great.
