Pros +
- The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious and everything was so clean and well taken care of. We had wonderful service from Tom helping us with the fire pit and wood and he also helped us with the pool one morning. We also had wonderful service at the front desk with Emily and Alex getting our luggage to the ferry.
- Everything was top and it was dreamy
- The furniture and ambiance.
Cons -
- Everything was wonderful. It is truly a beautiful place.
- We had dinner at the restaurant. Honestly, it was bad. I cant think of any better terms to describe the food. I think ingredients were fresh but the taste was dreadful and the price way too hefty for the taste. We left hungry and regretting dinner.
- Internal communciations system too complex for staff to maintain. Room 'phone didn't work. Maintenance person tried to make it work for 45 minutes. And failed. Never did work and hod to use cell 'phones to contact front desk.
