Karrinyup Waters Resort

Everything was great. The pools were very clean, the cafe was perfect. The chalet was just right

Thought that the chalet had an oven. but it didnt matter. Also no dishwasher. but we managed fine.

Love the relaxed feel of Karrinyup Waters. We stayed for 2 nights for a weekend break but would have liked to stay longer. The pool is great, my kids love swimming and the bouncy pillow too. All round always a great stay.

The floor in our cabin was filthy, if we didn’t wear footwear our feet were black , we just cleaned it!

We couldn’t get the room to cool down, there was a horrible smell at the restaurant while eating breakfast, the pool area wasn’t as advertised

The room was fresh, clean and tidy and the facility was well maintained and clean. A very comfortable place to stay at. Perhaps maybe a few extra bin bags to be provided. Other than that everything was great.

Clean,tidy,had everything we needed

Power points next to bed hard to access. East facing kitchen window blind would not close correctly, bright sunlight woke us up at 5.30am

The staff were polite, couteous and knowledgeable. The cafe had very high quality meals and is a must go to. Facilities were very good with the pool area a great hit with parents and children/grandchildren.

There was nothing really to dislike as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great facilities (pool was very busy over the weekend), the cafe on site is great, clean linen, towels & bungalow. We had an issue and they replaced the fridge in our room with a brand new one. We had a good stay but I think WiFi and blinds need to be improved before we would stay again.

It was not value for money. NO internet, no matter where you are in the camp grounds, the blinds on the windows let a lot of light in so be prepared to wake up with the sun. Compared to other places we stayed I think they over charge for what you get.

This is great for families, children would love it So safe for children playing together. Families with all the facilities. BBQ areas etc

The Fort Knox part trying to get into the pool area. No hot drinks after 3pm at the cafe. No good without a car

The resort was not amongst a lot of housing and relatively quiet, even though there were quite a few people in the vicinity of the unit in the complex. We were very impressed with the quality of the bed (my friend thought the bunks were too low for her and opted to put the bedding on the couch, which was very comfortable, she said). We had most things we needed, but I did have to enquire about a hairdryer for myself. This was quickly located and given.I had not packed scales for travel and asked the office girls if they could help me at all. I had a portable scale given me very quickly also.A very clean and tidy unit and close to nearby destinations.We especially loved the cafe being open till 8pm. One of my school friends previously from NZ joined me each night for a tasty, well-presented meal for an excellent price! The pools were just what I needed to cool down, and I so appreciated this element in the resort.

Was very comfortable and clean. The grounds and surrounds are beautiful. The facilities available were great especially the cafe and playgrounds. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Quiet, everything we needed. Aesthetically pleasing, lovely gardens.

Only thing we could fault was it was very bright at 4:30am! Better block out blinds maybe.

On site restaurant was brilliant and food was lovely only down side they don’t that cash at all

Excellent family orientated accommodation. Great facilities including the pool, cafe (open 8am to 8pm) and the cabins etc. Everything was kept exceptionally clean and tidy.

We had no issues.
