La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Red Rock / Summerlan

The room is spacious and clean.

The rooms are so clean and kept up daily! The breakfast is very good with options for everyone. It is a nice and quiet atmosphere.

There really was nothing that I didn't like!

Th property was very clean, comfortable, good food shopping area and walking distance.

No complaints about property

We stayed at this location, near Chinatown, to be as much away from the Strip as well as closer to family and friends. The neighborhood seems good and property crime not as bad as the strip or downtown. The staff was nice, not overly friendly or talkative. They did take care of your needs when issues came up. I used the gym once which was functional, but limited as most hotel gyms are. Didn't use the pool or jacuzzi simple because of time. Parking lot was plentiful and lighted at night adding a sense of security. Front door is locked at night requiring room key for entry or buzzing in by front desk. Breakfast included had a good variety which we ate once during our stay as we ate out when meeting friends.

When we first checked into our room the air conditioner was working, but when we tried to change the temperature it stopped working. We called the front desk and the gal who checked us in tried to fix it, but without success. We had to pack all of our stuff up and change rooms. Also while the rooms were clean they were showing their age with broken tiles around the hot tub, worn baseboards and dings in the walls. Probably soon to need a remodel.

It’s quiet and clean. Staff are accommodating and friendly. And I love the bed and pillows!

That my room had very slow wifi connection.

This hotel is the best Nice staff, very helpful and attentive, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast was great. Waffles delicious. Pool is heated, and it has a jacuzzi that is open 24 hrs.

Nothing to dislile

Great location, great facilities (pool, fitness room), helpful staff. Very convenient for getting around Summerlin. We stayed here one night before flying out of Las Vegas International and appreciated the spacious room which made it easy to pack. Our flight was in the evening and, for $50 we were able to have a very late check-out (3pm), and to store the bags at the hotel for a couple of hours after that. It really made our last day of vacation relaxed and stress free.

As a Wyndham Rewards member it was disappointing that the very late checkout was not discounted or free, but for our needs the extra cost was worth it.

Location is great

A/C thermostat was out in the first room, the lady at the front was kind enough to offer a different room. We set the temperature to our desired setting and by the second night, the fan turned off. We honestly didn’t find it comfortable enough to spend time in the room. We brought it up to management and they had a careless reaction and the only thing they said was “well you’re all paid up. Thanks”

The property was very clean and welcoming. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot breakfast. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast staff was very efficient and made sure food was stocked and the room stayed cleaned.

The elevator was not working. Had to carry our luggage to the third floor.
