There was a room available the day before on a holiday weekend.

Breakfast started at 7am, which was too late. You know it is too late when so many people show up the minute it starts, and we don't need to see Fox News at breakfast. At least mute it. We are trying to enjoy our vacation! The pullout mattress was crappy.

I have never stayed at a hotel that charged for early check-in or late checkout - The rooms were clean and available, but there was a charge, Based on the charges for late checkout I took the room for a second day.

The mid shift front desk woman was so professional and courteous.

Breakfast wasn't anything special. Powdered eggs were gross. Brown bananas also. Breakfast attendant was nice and efficient. Coffee was decent.

The night staff person was amazingly hospitable (kind and helpful).

The bathroom sink did not drain well. Even though I asked for and confirmed I had a late checkout, the maid knocked on my door.

The reasons I liked this hotel: 1. Room size is larger than most king suites. 2. Bed, pillows, & room temperature were perfect. 3. It is away from the strip, so no noisy hotel neighbors walking the hall at all hours of the night. 4. Close to restauran

I did not like that the elevator was not working and has not been working for quite some time.

The hotel is in a great location near the Red Rock/Summerlin area. It's very clean and comfortable.

I was not happy with checking in. It was a hassle from the start. If you arrive before, they will charge you $15, even if it's 2:45pm. What they need to tell EVERY customer is that if you join the rewards, the $15 fee is waived!

Awful! It was dirty, our door didn¿t close properly. There was hair in our bed. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. So very, very unhappy.

The night desk clerk, was very friendly, informative and on the ball.

The hallways reak of pot. Urine on the toilet seat. Bathroom light didn't work. Carpet obviously hadn't been vacuumed prior to my stay. Clean it. Paint it. Clean it. Clean it. Clean it.

I like the location most of all. It’s real convenient when I want to get away.

I’ve been noticing that the last 3 or 4 times I’ve stood there one of the appliances haven’t worked properly or the air conditioning unit isn’t working as well as it should be.

Easy check in. Quiet. Clean. Great staff

Air conditioner very loud tried first night without too hot. King bed seemed short I'm 6-2.

Very quiet, away from the strip. Nacho Daddy right in the parking lot which is awesome!

The Wifi password changes every Friday, they should provide the new password upon check in to guests staying over a password change day because it was annoying having to call the front desk for the new password.

Good location, close to food and shopping

Hotel room was not very clean. Tjere were a lot of mystery stains on the wall, carpet and the towels were also dirty with mysterious yellow stains. Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I asked for extra bath towels and was given what looked like dish rags

The staff and how up to date it was. I also appreciated the kitchen in my room. The breakfast was excellent as well

Just the heater/ a/c buttons. The Manager said they will be replacing those.

loved the room, comfy beds, clean, good bathroom space, friendly staff, wonderful facility, free parking, and free breakfast.

It's location in west Las Vegas, which is where I had business. Located on a busy street, but back from the road so vehicle noise is not a problem.

The breakfast was limited with minimal healthy options. Located in a meeting room since the lobby area under renovation. Given the survey format not sure where to put this, but the value of the hotel was only fair given the room rate (Sun-Tues).

The only thing we missed was the fresh cookies, couldn't find. We could smell them but not see them.

The staff here is great. They are willing to help out with room location requests (top floor, etc) with a smile. The rooms are spacious and the bed was absolutely the best I've slept on in a hotel in quite a while. Nice pool, decent breakfast.

I picked this hotel because pet friendly,location and stayed 7 yrs ago. Its very clean.

I was on tbe first floor and could hear guests above. Toilets flushing. Shower. Every step. Same decor from past. Couch old and worn.area to walk pets 12x5 feet. Smelled so bad my dog would not step on it.
