The staff was great. The rooms were clean, easy access to everywhere. As we wanted to go, we'll definitely stay there again.
Our room faced the courtyard and music was playing there throughout the night blaring

Staff were lovely and were all willing to go the extra mile. Can’t say enough good things about them. The room was clean, but the forced air system made it a little cooler in the room than we would prefer. Bathroom was clean, but only complaint would be that the shower head was not adjustable and I had to hold it up to my desired height. The self-serve shop was convenient if a little sparse, but nice to have. The on-site restaurant was excellent and provided mid-range options for those who may not want to be big spenders, though I did still drop $165 on three people (me, wife, 9 year old boy) including tip. Still, the food was excellent and prepared well. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend.
Shower head wasn’t working properly, and room temp could have been warmer during winter months.

The location was great. Rooms were comfortable. Majority of the staff were very nice and helpful.
They had gotten a new tv provider and the stations weren’t working g correctly. Sent a tech up and couldn’t figure it out. They were calling the provider but it never got fixed. Also, we asked the restaurant if we could get hot tea, and were told that they didn’t have hot water…the machine was broken. We thought that was bizarre because you can heat water in a microwave. Anyway, we gave up on that as well.

Location is absolutely perfect to know the city. We didn't use our car at all during our stay.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good restaurant menu. Good location for downtown Boston and transport system.
Plug in bathroom sink did not work properly. Reported this issue but it had not been fixed before our departure.
